Now I'm about 6 ft and 200 lbs, not going to lie it is tight on me. I actually can't get the back to close because it is held together by three dime size pieces of velcro. To compensate I bought a red t-shirt so you can't really tell that its open. The mask is rather thin plastic that is in two pieces also held together by velcro, so far its stayed on rather well. Now I'm not going to lie I don't expect this costume to survive the halloween weekend without any rips in it, but in my opinion its 100% worth it because of how awesome this costume is. So I give it 4 stars for amazingness, only not 5 because of its probable short lifespan but we'll see how it goes. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful  Awesome Suit!, This review is from: Adult Deluxe Red Power Ranger Costume I grew up watching The Original Power Rangers series and I knew I had to have this suit! I read past reviews of others saying its tight when they wear it. If your 6'0 or over its definitely going to be tight when you wear it. But if your 5'5-5'7 or maybe even 5'8 it fits you perfectly! I'm 5'7 and its the perfect size for me. What I don't like about the suit is that the helmet has 2 eye holes on the visor so others can see your eyes and it can be hard to put the helmet on sometimes if you don't have someone to help you since the helmet is in 2 pieces and stick together with Velcro. If you are a fan of Power Rangers you have to buy this suit! its the closest thing you will get to the original suit and for a price of $60-$100 its better than going on Ebay and to find a hand made exact replica of a suit that looks exactly like the ones on the show but it costs $900 for everything and you will probably get charged for shipping also. My daughter loves power rangers and she was so excited to see me as a power ranger, even after our halloween party she has to kiss the helmet everyday. The only problem with the costume is that there is only one size and Im 6'1'', 200 lbs. so it was pretty tight and I wish it was longer, but still enjoyed being the red ranger. |
